Calls From Homeowners Who Want Coated Floors

Achievementshake Floor Coating is a referral service. Homeowners in Manteno and the Manteno area contact us about garage and concrete floors, and we pass those requests to independent providers. This page is for contractors who would like to receive them.

This is not a job posting. Providers are not employees. You run your own business, set your own quotes and do your own work.

Who Fits the Network

Think of the network like a well-stocked toolbox. It works when each tool does one job well. We look for providers who:

• Apply epoxy garage floors, polyaspartic coatings or other concrete coating
• Serve homeowners in or near our service area
• Hold the licenses and insurance their local rules require
• Can explain their process to a first-time customer

What We Expect

Homeowners are trusting a stranger with a big part of their home, so we ask for a few basics:

• Return homeowner contacts promptly and politely
• Give written quotes that list the scope and steps
• Be honest about what a slab needs, including moisture and cracks
• Share care advice after the job so the floor lasts

We do not set your prices, and we do not promise any number of calls.

How to Apply

Send a short email to contact@achievementshake.property. Tell us your business name, the services you offer, the areas you cover and how to reach you. Add photos of past work if you have them.

We review each note and reply if there is a fit. Providers pay a referral fee on connections, and we explain the details before anything starts.

Questions?

If you are unsure whether your business suits the network, write to contact@achievementshake.property and ask. A short, plain question is welcome.
